What is GO Adventure’s payment, refund and cancellation policy?
Payment: GO Adventure accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex & personal check (made payable to “Lifeschool”). If you are utilizing an early bird discount, you must pay in full by the discount deadline. If you are submitting an application after the discount period, a $500 deposit is required with your application which is applied to the full cost of your program. This deposit is non-refundable. Final payment must be made by May 1. Applications received after May 1st MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A FULL PAYMENT. Refunds: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Once you’ve paid in full you may be entitled to a partial refund, less the deposit, based on the following criteria: If you cancel your trip in writing more than 60 days prior to your departure date, 50% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel in writing 30 to 59 days prior to departure, 25% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel for any reason; medical, family illness or otherwise, 30 days or less prior to departure, no refund
