What is GM doing to hold on to customers whose dealer has closed?
As GM Dealers and Retailers cease operations, customers will be notified of a service transition plan to ensure that customer service, parts and warranty services are continued in the future at an authorized GM dealer convenient to you. All warranty coverage, Roadside Assistance and OnStar services will remain unchanged. Customers are also encouraged to click on the dealer locator link on this page or call our Customer Communication Centre at 1-800 GM-DRIVE to locate a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac dealer.
