What is Global Client Solutions?
A. If you choose Global Client Solutions they’re the company that ADS will use to set up a Special Purpose Account in your name. Your monthly payments (which will include ADS ® service fees) will be deposited automatically via ACH payment (similar to that of auto-bill-payments). You will have 24-hour online access to your account at all times. This account will be used to process all transactions/ settlements with your creditors once you have approved an agreed upon a settlement offer that ADS ® has negotiated on your behalf. Back to top Q. How much does this service cost? A. ADS ® Service Fees are (15%) of the total debt enrolled into the program, plus the estimated cost of your settlement(s). We do not demand large up front fees, and in most cases your service fees will be paid out over no less than half of the program duration.
