At Gifts of Charm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that personalized items and special order items will not be accepted for return, exchange or store credit unless there was an error made on our part. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges.
