GG Bailey Custom Automobile Mat Products At GG Bailey, we are fully committed to providing you with custom designed car, trunk & cargo mats that exceed your expectations. GG Bailey mats are custom designed to your exact specifications and are not returnable except for a manufacturing defect. Please contact us by e-mail at service@ggbailey.com or toll-free at 1-866-6GG-BAILEY (1-866-644-2245) for a Return Authorization Code for a manufacturing defect. Returns without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. All Other GG Bailey Products: For all non-custom products we will replace your order, offer store credit or issue a complete refund (minus the shipping charge) to your credit card, if you are dissatisfied with your order. Orders must be returned in their original condition and original packaging within two weeks of receipt of order. Any return after two weeks will not be accepted.
