A George Eliot Housing Partnership is the proposed new landlord for Nuneaton and Bedworth. George Eliot Housing Partnership would be a Registered Social Landlord (“RSL”) set up especially to take on the Council’s housing stock. George Eliot Housing Partnership would be registered with the Housing Corporation, a Government Watchdog set up to regulate, supervise and monitor the performance of RSLs. All of its resources would be used to provide high quality homes and services for its tenants and the local community.
