Photography and video/audio-recording by the public are not allowed at any time in conference spaces. Our conference photographer will be on hand taking pictures for promotional purposes only. We offer all registrants the option to not be photographed by putting a red dot on your badge. While you may be photographed, your face will not be used or identifiable. Please wear your badge. If we can’t see your badge, we can’t see the red dot. If you have any concerns, please email us.
