What is Gender Equality ?
well the legal idea is to make the treatment of someone based upon gender more fair but in practise it does not occur, there are many situations where what ever gender you are its all about what gender you are rather than treatment. in some jobs women are excluded because men won’t work with them or they feel that a woman would be a burden, then again in many roles and jobs you often see an all female work force because of some stupid feeling that a male would be an issue, and so on! so will there ever be true equality no, men are often seen as the bread winner and that strange issue has made women very angry and often seen as not capable, in 2009 there are often men as house husbands since the female has more of a bread winner role. so in the broad scheme of things its a real tug of war, the main thing that perpetuates the whole silly idea is attitude who or what gender is to be employed really depends upon THEATRE, in that, some roles are swamped by women and there in the stupid beli
