gBear Groups allows for the creation and management of mailing lists and email aliases. We currently use a program called MUSE at Barnard for creating/managing mailing lists and aliases; we will be migrating those lists over to Groups over the course of the 2010-2011 academic year. During the migration period, new lists and aliases are still being created in MUSE.
