What is Gaten’s Adventures cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy applies to all groups regardless of the date the trip was booked. Cancellation of entire trip prior to 30 days out, less any money that is non-recoverable from service providers & the group will be assessed a $50.00 booking fee. From 29-15 days prior to departure 50% of total travel fare will be refunded & any money that is non-recoverable from service providers. If group is entitled a refund it will be 7 to 10 business days before refund is processed. From 14 days out prior to departure there will be no refund.
