What is Garth Brooks doing these days?
And when he’s not doing that, he’s performing occasionally. He appeared just recently at a charity concert for victims of the California wildfires…..and I saw him promoted for appearing at the Academy of Country Music Awards Sunday night, but since I hate awards shows couldn’t tell you if he was really there or not. And, he has his own record label, Pearl Records (named after his daughter) which seems to be in the business of endlessly recycling his old albums with one or two bonus tracks. Available only at Wal-Mart by the way. I’ve also heard he’s working on a new studio album, but that was several months ago and haven’t heard anything else about it.
