GalleryScience tries to accommodate all requests for returns. Your satisfaction is always our utmost concern. The return policy may vary depending on the vendor. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, on items that are ordered in error or duplicated because of confirming orders that were not clearly marked as a confirming order. When it is necessary to return goods to us, please call 814-360-0130 or e-mail to obtain a return authorization number. This will ensure that your package is accepted in our warehouse without any problems. When the return authorization number is clearly marked on the SHIPPING LABEL and correspondence about this shipment, your credits and replacements can be processed promptly and accurately. Please do not write on the product boxes.
