You should always run 50-1 mix in every chainsaw. Even if the manual says leaner (40-1). the power difference wont be noticeable and your saw will run a lot longer. The manufactures sometimes will run them leaner to get max power out of them, but in turn that will also cut your saws engine life to about half.
