What is Frequency Response?
The complex ratio of control flow to input current as the current is varied sinusoidally over a range of frequencies. Frequency response is normally measured with constant input current amplitude and zero load pressure drop, and is expressed by the amplitude ratio and phase angle. Valve frequency response may vary with the input current amplitude, temperature, supply pressure, and other operating conditions.
