What is Free Walmart Product Support?
Walmart Free Product Support offers consumers help answering questions about many electronic product features and specs via phone or the internet; help understanding how to use most electronic products purchased at Walmart as well as configuration assistance; help with product troubleshooting; and help with obtaining service and claims administration for manufacturer warranties. The customer will be responsible for any 3rd party charges related to service referrals for required repairs not covered under manufacturer or N.E.W. extended warranties. This is a pilot program offered as a courtesy by Walmart and we may end the program at any time.
