What is Fred-eZone?
Fred-eZone is a free wireless fidelity (WiFi) network provided by the City of Fredericton. With the properly equipped laptop, PDA, or desktop computer anyone can surf the Internet, check email, etc. from any of a number of areas in Fredericton. Currently the downtown business district along with some parks and arenas are covered, and there are plans for greater coverage in the near future.
