Born in Minnesota in 1956, he was ordained as a minister of the gospel in 1977 and has ministered in 37 states as an evangelist. Pastor Tim pioneered and pastored churches previously in Kentucky, Idaho and Arizona. The Halls came to pastor EWC on Father’s Day 1995.
