Discharge receipts are initiated for a first-time offense and the appropriate authority decides if the individual will be allowed to remain in the Army. My husband and other members of his unit were called in shifts to watch a Soldier under the influence. Why are units allowed to do this without proper training? Where is ASAP influence?
