what is Fort Frances without a Fort ?.
I thinks its absurd to say a fort and a lookout tower made tourists want to stay in Fort Frances to shop or spend a night. Was the fort something so special or did it represent how land was obtained to stop treaty #3 natives from celebrating the changing of the seasons or treaty days. Maybe once this parcel of land is given back to the rightful owners the town will see many great improvements in its economy and tourists attraction but defitnately not attractions that represent opression, and segregation.
