What is Form B?
Form B is the document generated after the circulation information has been updated in the data base (based on the information provided by the member on their reporting forms). Once the member receives this updated form they may use the figures for advertising and promotion. A member must use only the average circulation figures exactly as they appear in the most recent annual audited or interim report. A publisher may not publicize the figures from an annual or interim report until he/she receives the CMCA Form B statement, after it has been issued by CCNA.
