What is Forgotten Password and how does it work?

Forgotten Password is a new feature that allows the user to reset their own Online Banking password in the event they forget. It works by using the Challenge Questions you setup as part of the Enhanced Login Security. Using the feature will ask you to answer the Challenge Questions. If answered correctly, you will be able to create a new Online Banking password so that you may log into your accounts.
