What is folklore ?
Folklore is the generalised collection of myths and natural sciences, such as herbalism, that create a basis for a cultural history. It generally consists of analogies and parables about life and our place in it. Most elements of folklore have some basis in real science and that can be tested and proven, whereas some elements, such as gods, ghosts, and other such ethereal items are that far removed from their original cultural meaning that they have no concrete grounding in real life and therefore can neither be proven or dis-proven and as such are no longer relative today.
