What is foil stamping anyway?
Foil stamping is a method of applying metallic decoration to paper and other surfaces via extreme pressure. Dies are typically made of brass, copper, or magnesium. While the text appears in reverse on the die, when this side is placed on top of the folder and foil material is placed between the folder and the die and the die is pressed into the paper, the resulting impression is right reading.
