What is FOCUS? Why is a key part Endeavor?
In coaching people to discover and engage callings and dreams, it became clear that just because you know the very best picture of your gifts, talents and abilities doesn’t mean it’s easy to get from where you are now to “there.” Though the change may clearly be very positive, the transition may be quite difficult. The FOCUS process was created to help you intentionally and strategically create a transition plan to get to where you’ve decided you want to go.
