What is Focus on the Family?
Answer Focus on the Family began in 1977 in response to Dr. James Dobson’s increasing concern for the American family. James C. Dobson, Ph.D., is the founder and chairman emeritus of Focus on the Family, a nonprofit organization that produces his internationally syndicated radio programs heard daily on more than 3,000 radio facilities in North America and in nine languages on approximately 2,300 facilities in over 98 other countries.
