What is Fluevogs return/exchange policy for factory defects?
FACTORY DEFECTS (Stitching, Heel coming off, Heel lifts coming off, zippers, split seams, upper separating, and construction irregularities) • Will be honored up to 8 months from the date of purchase (must provide receipt) • This DOES NOT include wear and tear • Repairs will be free of charge for up to 8 months (after 8 months – repairs charged based on repair price list from cobbler.) • Store credit will be issued if shoe is irreparable. Contact a Fluevog Store • My new Angels’ heel fell off! Yikes! First of all, we are very sorry about this. In the winter of 2009/10, we found some issues with the heels on our Angels. Some of the water-based (eco-friendly) glues weren’t set correctly, and some of the heels have been falling off. We apologize immensely for this, and recommend contacting your local store immediately if you find your Angels are having this issue.
