What is Florida Suns security deposit/damage waiver policy?

0

A damage waiver fee is charged in lieu of a damage deposit for reservations made after 1/1/09. This non-refundable fee ($50 house, $30 condo/town home) will cover accidental damage up to ($500 house, $300 condo/town home). Please be advised that accidental damage over the coverage amount, missing inventory, theft, or any damage deemed intentional or by gross negligence will not be covered by the damage waiver. The damage waiver fee is included in your reservation total due 6 weeks prior to arrival. *Reservation stays of just 2 nights or more than 2 weeks require a separate refundable damage deposit ($500 house, $300 condo/town home) instead of a damage waiver. Long term/monthly damage deposits are ($1000 house, $600 condo/town home). Applicable damage deposits are due with the final reservation balance payment 6 weeks prior to arrival, and would then be refunded 7 days after departure.
