FlexRadio PowerSDR™ is the Windows software package that provides all DSP, modulation/demodulation and hardware control functions for FlexRadio Systems’ transceivers. The complete FlexRadio PowerSDR application is provided in compiled form so that you can simply download and run it easily. The original VisualBasic (VB) software developed for the SDR-1000 is described in the second and third parts of Gerald Youngbloods’s QEX article Software Defined Radio for the Masses. The VB based software was re-written in C# and improved to become FlexRadio PowerSDR that is used today by all FlexRadio Systems’ transceivers along with several other third-party SDR products.
