What is Flexible Learning/Correspondence Study?
Flexible Learning is “flexible” in that anyone can enroll at any time. There is also flexibility in pacing the course within the bounds that usually up to two assignments may be submitted per week, and the student must complete the course within 32 weeks. All of the Division of Continuing Education (DCE) Flexible Learning courses are distance courses with some available online, some print-based (i.e., correspondence study), and some are in both formats.
