What is FLAVOURS OF SPAIN LTD’s warranty?
We warrant that any product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, you should state these on our carrier’s delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints from you within 24 hours of delivery. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order. If you notice an obvious defect within the 24 hours from the date of delivery of the products, we will replace the defective product at our cost, if the product is not available we will replace it with a product of similar or better value.
