Our flavored toothpicks and products are eligible for exchange if they are defective upon receipt. Defective items must be sent back to FlavaSticks in its original product packaging within a three-day period. Higher priced items require that you notify FlavaSticks within a period of three business days so that FlavaSticks can, in turn, file the appropriate shipping insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
