5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist mental health and learning disabilities trust. NHS Foundation Trusts are still part of the NHS and remain accountable to NHS standards. Becoming an NHS Foundation Trust will open the Trust up to new and more effective ways of achieving our future plans.
