What is FITT Jitsu?
Fitt jitsu is a wellness workshop designed to teach people of all levels of fitness how to eat and exercise in order to achieve their fitness goals. How does FITT Jitsu work? FITT Jitsu works by teaching you how to control the various weight regulating systems of the body by using nutrition and exercise. Do I need to buy special foods? No! You shop at the same grocery stores as you normally would and in many cases you may even use the same foods you already eat. Is FITT Jitsu safe? Absolutely! Nutritionally, FITT Jitsu uses many of the same foods you already eat we just teach you how to eat them so that they may have a positive effect on your fitness goals instead of a negative one. And for those who choose to participate in weight training related activities you are required to take our 6 week educational course.
