First American has an established dispute process whereby a flood determination is reviewed to confirm the propertys flood zone. You may initiate the process through FloodCert.com, by contacting our Client Services Department directly at (800) 447-1772, email or fax at (800) 447-9664. Along with the Flood Certification Number and address of the particular flood determination, please provide any documentation applicable to the propertys flood zone or structure location (e.g. a survey or an Elevation Certificate.) One of our Compliance Advisors will review the information and render a determination of the propertys flood zone.
