Solution: Filtering allows you to manage your messages. Filters can transfer mail to specific mailboxes, add labels, and perform many other functions automatically. To create filters choose Filters under the Tools menu. Click New to create a new filter. Choose the heading information which will allow the messages to be distinguished from each other.
