What is FIFA doing about hooligans?
FIFA is working closely with all participating National Football Member Associations and authorities to ensure that individuals who have been banned from attending football matches are not able to purchase Tickets. If a successful applicant is later found to be included in a National / Member Association’s list of banned individuals, that person’s application will be cancelled.
