What is Fertell and who is it suitable for?
Fertell is an over the counter kit containing both male and female fertility testing devices that can be used at home by couples who are attempting to conceive and want to take control of their fertility journey. What is the clinical evidence supporting Fertell? Fertell has received US (FDA) and European (CE) clearance for OTC sales. External performance evaluations of the devices were conducted at leading fertility clinics in the UK and the US; both the male and female tests were shown to be more than 95% accurate when compared to established laboratory tests. An evaluation of the male test conducted by Professor Chris Barratt at the University of Birmingham has been published in Human Reproduction and is available here.
