What is FEMSAs relationship with Heineken USA?
Pursuant to an agreement signed between Wisdom Import Sales LLP, FEMSA Cerveza’s wholly owned subsidiary, and Heineken USA, Heineken USA became the sole and exclusive importer, marketer, and seller of FEMSA’s Tecate, Dos Equis, Sol, Carta Blanca and Bohemia brands across the United States, beginning January 1, 2005. This commercial relationship has been extended until 2017.
