Each time you receive a fax, eFax® Message Center scans your fax and identifies certain key words. Message Center then indexes those key words, allowing you to search for specific fax content. You don’t need to do anything to index your faxes. They’ll be indexed automatically upon arrival and should be available for search within 5 minutes after receipt.
