WHAT IS FAT FREE DRESSING CONSIDERED? OR SHOULD IT EVEN BE EATEN?
You need to check the ingredients. My sense is that you are having a hard time categorizing fat-free dressing because you cannot pronounce any of the ingredients! Acceptable fat-free dressings are made from vinegar, lemon-juice, herbs, non-fat yogurt or non-fat sour cream, and would be considered Carbos. Check my recipes for some cleaner versions, rather than the nasty bottles in the grocery store.
