What is Fashion Trend Spotting?
Let me explain a little about what Fashion Trend Spotting is. If you haven’t guessed by now, it is basically what the title states – spotting trends in today’s fashion industry. Why is this site different? However, I define “today’s fashion industry” different than most would. To me, today’s fashion industry is YOU and ME. Take a look at what you are wearing right now. It might be jeans and a t-shirt, a snappy casual outfit, a cocktail dress or just pajamas, but either way you are wearing it for a reason. Maybe it matches the event you are heading to, maybe you just think it’s cute, or maybe it’s super comfy. No matter what, you have a reason for what you wear everyday. My point is, you don’t have to wear an outfit just because you saw it in the latest issue of Vogue or InStyle. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with those fashion trends, there is also nothing wrong with your natural instinct on what YOU like. This is why I say YOU and ME are today’s fashion industry.
