What is Family Link?
For Students: Family Link allows students to give other people the ability to view their current balance. For Parents, Family or Friends: If you are family linked to a student who has a saved card, you can in turn, link the student to your account, and then make purchases on their behalf without needing to know their card number. How do I use Family Link? Login. Go to ‘My Account’ ‘Family Link’ and click the ‘new family’ button. Enter their email address, this should be the same email address they will use for login to the website. Students should make sure to save their card number in the ‘OneCard’ (Portland State ID Number Options) screen. Students: The family member will receive an email with a password to their account if they did not previously create one. When they login they can see your balance.
