WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Family Constellation therapy is a philosophy that takes the view that we are each individual souls that are born into a family soul. We are each born into our family energy. The family soul or family energy is disrupted by traumatic events like war or murder or tragedies that occur in the family. In particular, exclusion of family members due to guilt or shame or any other reason is not tolerated by the family soul. The family soul will seek to have someone in the present generation play out the unresolved energy in some way. In this way patterns may be passed down the generations, sometimes missing a generation, but then coming back into a later generation. Family Constellations highlight and seek to resolve any entanglements or generational dynamic that are holding you back in terms of self esteem, relationships, success and abundance.
