What is factory FOH (factory overhauled) equipment?
Manufacturers often have many units in surplus to their needs. These surplus items become available because of over-production and/or returns under warranty. Since these returned items can no longer be sold as “new,” dealers are often afforded the opportunity to purchase them for resale. Although manufacturers usually repair units to “like new” condition, many units are, in fact, new and were merely overstock inventory.
