What is Extravaganza?
Extravaganza, sponsored by Discus Dental, is the largest corporate sponsored continuing education event in dentistry. It is unlike anything else in dentistry and draws dentists, researchers, academics and other dental professionals from around the world. The annual conference and exhibit, attended by nearly 3000 people each year, is held in Las Vegas each year over Memorial Day weekend. The conference is headlined by world leaders, entertainers, authors, and or some of the most compelling contemporary figures. The event also helps raise nearly $100,000 each year for the Children’s Dental Center, a non-profit organization that offers free dental care to children of low income families in several major cities. Discus Dental has a seat on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Dental Center and is a major contributor of supplies and services to the organization.
