What is expected of the local host or organizing committee? Who can receive funding?
Having a local organization or committee dedicated to managing the event is a minimum requirement for consideration. The local host committee would be expected to include some experienced personnel with managing events. The host or organizing committee will be expected to staff the event and recruit and train an adequate volunteer base.
