What is expected of me if I participate in the FSC Mentor Program?
Both mentors and mentees are expected to maintain an open mind in finding commonalities with their mentoring partners. They are expected to meet at least twice a month in person. Both are expected to return phone calls and e-mail messages promptly and to be considerate of each others ideas, needs, and time constraints. Both are expected to respect the others privacy and to act in an appropriate, professional manner.
