Pilot departments participating in the pilot will share best practices and lessons learned. They will enable a comprehensive trial of the policies and their supporting instruments to ensure that any key issues have been identified and addressed and the necessary supporting instruments are in place. After the pilot phase, these departments will be in compliance with the new policies.
