If you need more freedom than the standard access key allows, or if you want to use the text in a commercial way or on a commercial website, you will need to purchase expanded-access permission. Expanded-access permission is payable annually, with a price of $100 per year. (The first month is free; you may cancel after one month with no obligation.)
