• Dont do it. Spam is a huge, global problem. It wastes enormous amounts of time and resources which we would much rather use for something productive. It is true to say that dealing with spam adds a cost of about $5 a month to EVERY internet user in Australia • However it is defined, or whatever legal status it may carry in some countries is irrelevant.
